With our own brewery and amazing produce right outside our doors, we put great emphasis on serving unique food and drink experiences. Our Ryfylke menu is characterized by local produce fused with modern Nordic cooking. How about halibut and salmon from Ryfylke, fresh eggs and apple cider from Tau or local lamb? We often use our own beer as flavouring in several of our dishes.
Experience our brewing master Eyvind Flood’s harmonic and flavoursome beer. We make several types of beer, often with a hint of local herbs or fruits, to spice up the flavour. We often use our own beer as flavouring in several of our dishes.
In addition to our beer menu, we also offer a great selection of quality wines from our wine cellar. We will happily put together a drink menu to suit your meal. In our cosy lobby bar, you can try out the beer made in our very own brewery.
